It’s great to see so many of our teams back to training this week on the grass at Hyde Park and Hudson. The new season is right around the corner! Here are a few updates from across the club.

Membership:

Many of our age groups are full, with waiting lists. If you haven’t yet registered, please so this week – Club Registration. All DDSL players need to be registered on the DDSL portal. Additional details below.

AGM:

The 2023 Annual General Meeting of Dalkey United AFC will take place in the Dalkey United Clubhouse at 8pm on Wednesday 23rd August 2023. Paid up club members, as listed in the current membership register, are welcome to participate in the AGM. Each playing member is entitled to one vote as represented by one of their parents or guardians. The meeting agenda will be as follows: Chairperson’s Greeting and Apologies, Club Development Report, Statement of Accounts and Treasurers Report, and Any other Business

Training Schedules:

We’ll be communicating the regular schedule for the autumn by 25 August.

Club Kit for 23/24

Shorts and Socks are included in your membership fees for league playing teams (U9s/2015s and older). All players are expected to wear black shorts and black socks to matches and the coaches will distribute the match tops on the day of the match and collect them after. We’ll be distributing shorts and socks, along with track suit tops and training shirts that were pre-purchased, on 29, 30 and 31 August at the Clubhouse from 7.30-9pm.

We do encourage all match aged players to wear the official track suit tops to training and matches. These are available, in an extensive club shop, through our partners at Teamwear.
