It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Judy Dobbin, a very dear member of our Dalkey United community. Judy is survived by her husband Henry (U13 coach), and their sons, Malachy (player, coach and referee), James (U15) and Oliver (U13). 

Judy loved the Dalkey United community, and understood the importance of sports when it came to nurturing her boys. Whether on the sideline of the pitch or alongside the choir, she had a sense of humor and wit like no other. A genuine advocate and friend, she left a mark on everyone who knew her. Her fortitude and bravery the last 6 years, was a true testament to her determination and positive spirit. 

Her memorial service is Monday at 3pm at Church of the Assumption in Dalkey. To show our love and support for the family, players who are able to attend are encouraged to wear Dalkey United colours as a powerful message of solidarity.
