We’ve turned a corner to Spring, and thankfully our pitches are drying out enough to get most of our matches in every week (at least they were when we wrote this!)
Now, we’re onto our busy season.
Easter Camps
Hyde Park is home to our very popular Easter Camps. Camps will run from 9:30am to 2:30pm for the weeks either side of Easter, March 25th to 28th and April 2nd to 5th. Registration is open via ClubZap and very limited spots remain.
Summer Camps
For those looking further ahead, our summer camp schedule will consist of two teen camps for children born 2009-2011 on the weeks commencing June 21st and 28th, followed by three camps on the weeks commencing July 1st, 8th and 15th, open to all children born 2012-2017 and one camp for Girls only, also born 2012-2017 for the week starting July 22nd. These camps will open for registration later in the spring.
Dalkey United Champions League
The Dalkey United Champions League will again take place over the May Bank Holiday weekend. Almost 400 children took part in this year’s tournament, and we hope to emulate that again next May. For this event to be bigger than last year, we’re going to need a lot of help. If you can flip burgers, manage a tuck shop, or help organize fixtures, please let Robin know. Registration will be open to club members, in early April, and then extended to non club members if space allows.

Clubhouse Clear Out
Saturday 20th April: 12pm-3pm. Calling all Parents 📣 we need your help!
Dalkey United Clubhouse is badly in need of a Spring Clean and we’re looking for volunteers to help lift, sort, declutter and organise our indoor space. If you can spare some time between 12 and 3pm on Saturday 20th April we’d really appreciate it.
Dalkey United Club Shop
We encourage all match aged players to wear the current club track suit tops to training and matches. These are available, in an extensive club shop, through our partners at Teamwear.
We don’t expect many matches this weekend, so please enjoy the break. Thanks for all of our support.
